We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee and lead our housekeeping team in maintaining a clean and orderly environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management and possess excellent leadership skills.

**Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff

- Ensure all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards

- Handle customer complaints and special requests promptly

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in housekeeping, custodial, or hotel management

- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and techniques

- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Experience with laundry operations is a plus

- Hospitality industry experience preferred
