Fairfield Inn & Suites is Hiring a Housekeeper Near Chickasha, OK
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings such as hotel rooms. Weekends are required for you to work. We will discuss pay at the interview. If you have a passion for cleanliness and enjoy creating a welcoming environment, we would love to hear from you. We will train you for the position no experience is required.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to company policies and regulations
Skills:
- Experience in floor care, including carpet cleaning and floor polishing
- Knowledge of housekeeping management techniques and best practices
- Ability to clean efficiently and effectively using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning standards and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes
- Knowledge of custodial practices and techniques for maintaining a clean environment
- Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is a plus
