Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office department
- Manage and train front office staff, including receptionists and concierge
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front desk area
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
- Conduct night audits to verify financial transactions and prepare reports for management
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and room assignments
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front office operations
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems (e.g., property management systems)
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy
- Knowledge of guest relations best practices
