Job Summary:

Prepares, serves, & cleans up breakfast area and kitchen. Responsible for interacting with guests and responding to their needs.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare breakfast each morning based on hotel occupancy.

- Maintain a the breakfast food stays stocked at all times during breakfast hours.

- Clear and clean tables as guests get up and leave.

- Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area and uniform.

- Complete any training that are required for your position and for Marriott.

- Be knowledgeable of the surrounding area and attractions

- Gain knowledge of the hotel and it's layout.

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
