As Security you hold the highest standard in guest services and safety. Requires attentiveness, efficiency and commitment to ensure the hotel remains a safe,
enjoyable environment. Provide a sense of security to both hotel staff and guests simply by being present. Depending on hotel resources and size, some hotel security may be needed to review security cameras or monitor certain parts of the hotel if needed. Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures, issuing and reporting trespassers. Diffuse situations as quickly as possible. Be polite, diplomatic and professional in handling situations, yet firm in upholding Company policies and procedures. Responds to guests’ requests and complaints and respond appropriately to emergency situations. 

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous guest relations training. 
• Previous security experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
