Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional service throughout their stay. Your main responsibilities will include checking guests in and out, answering phone calls, and assisting with any guest inquiries or requests. Duties: - Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival - Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate department or taking messages as needed - Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties as required Requirements: - Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus - Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and phone systems is desirable - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
