WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS
You'll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 9 AM and 5 PM, with occasional Saturdays when needed.
As a Sales Coordinator, your dynamic role involves setting meeting spaces, posting on social media, inputting rooming lists, and planning client events.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Physical ability to set up meeting spaces, including moving tables and chairs
- Self-starter with great time management skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Highly computer literate
- Fast learner
- Flexible with the ability to work occasional Saturdays and evenings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get between properties
Experience using Marriott / Fosse and IHG / Opera software is preferred.
