Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, and provide excellent customer service to our guests.

Duties:
- Help in cooking and preparing breakfast items
- Support the cook with culinary tasks as needed
- Assist in knife skills and meat cutting under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Handle cash transactions and utilize systems like OpenTable for reservations
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during breakfast hours
- Assist with catering orders and kitchen duties as required

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus
- Culinary background or interest in the kitchen environment is beneficial
