- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary assistance
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, providing excellent customer service
- Handle guest complaints or concerns, resolving issues promptly and to the satisfaction of the guest
- Assist with reservations and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel setting is highly desirable
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
