```Duties```
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Provide excellent customer service by taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the guest experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and menus
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Process payments and provide accurate change to guests
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
```Requirements```
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service procedures
- Ability to upsell menu items and promote daily specials effectively
- Basic math skills for accurately processing payments and providing change
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service and minimize wait times for guests
