Our allergy practice is looking for a medical receptionist for our Greenwich office. Weekdays(no weekends). Benefits available.

Duties/requirements include:

• Greet patients
• Answering phones
• Schedule appointments
• Collect co-pays and balances due at time of service
• Other administrative duties
• Able to multitask
• A team player
• Flexibility to cover at other offices when needed
• Strong communication skills & works well under pressure
• Must adhere to HIPAA compliance, practice compliance and patient confidentiality rules and regulations
• Must be fully vaccinated (2-3 doses of Moderna or Pfizer and at least 2 doses of J&J)

Experience of at least one year on a Electronic medical records (EMR) system preferred, but will train the right candidate
