- Proven experience as a Food Service Director or similar role in the food industry
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong understanding of retail math and sales principles
- Proficient in kitchen operations and culinary techniques
- Excellent math skills for recipe conversions and portion control
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
