We are seeking a full-time Marketing Content Publisher at our headquarters in Fairfax, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creation and publishing of all donor information products, including written products, audio interviews and photographs.
• Review all donor products for accuracy and to ensure formatting is correct.
• Edits final information products before available for sale on websites.
• Work collaboratively with other staff performing similar functions.
• Management and implementation of the Donor Annual Updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, customer service-related field, science field or marketing field preferred
• One year experience of at least one of the following: customer service-related field, marketing, IT/data entry, website content creation.
• Marketing knowledge is strongly desirable.
• Must be flexible and reliable with the ability to prioritize and exhibit initiative.

Skills:

• Proven experience with Adobe applications: Acrobat, Audition and Photoshop
• Data entry experience is a must!
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task and have good organizational skills.
