Fairfax Behavioral Hospital is looking for a dynamic Receptionist for our Bellevue Outpatient office.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Receptionist position is responsible for welcoming our guests with a smile, providing quality and efficient service for internal and external customers, answering, routing multiple phone lines and responding to routine questions. Additionally, this position assists with the coordination of patient admissions, discharge process, monitors patient’s while in lobby, and will be responsible for other related clerical duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school graduate or equivalent.

Preferred Experience: Two (2) years of experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a heath care environment and any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment.

• Successful completion of Verbal De-Escalation Certification; provided during Fairfax new hire training.
