Fairfax Behavioral Health, founded in 1930, is a private, free-standing mental health hospital that specializes in psychiatric and detox treatment. POSITION SUMMARY

The EVS Tech is responsible for daily housekeeping routines such as cleaning patient rooms, offices, and public areas, in accordance with best practices and guidance as set forth by the Association for the Healthcare Environment (AHE), the Association for Professionals in Infection Control & Epidemiology (APIC), and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Experience: At least one (1) year working in commercial facilities environmental services.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications: At least one (2) year working in commercial facilities environmental services – preferably in a healthcare environment. Hold AHE certifications such as CHEST.

Additional Requirements: Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
