Great Falls firm looking for an Attorney to join well established workers’ compensation and personal injury practice, with opportunities to expand into other areas of law. Preferred applicants would have a minimum of 2-3 years of litigation or clerking experience and a desire to advance toward becoming a partner in the law firm.

Communicate with clients, attorneys, adjusters, medical providers, and experts; legal research; draft letters, settlement brochures, pleadings and briefs; conduct discovery; settlement negotiations; keep cases on track and meet deadlines; work with support staff; prepare for and conduct trials.
Starting salary range from $80,000/yr to $120,000.00/yr commensurate with qualifications and experience. Bonus opportunities available. Benefit package includes paid time off, paid health insurance, retirement plan & 401k.
Juris Doctor. Minimum 2-3 years’ litigation experience preferred.
