FairClaim is Hiring an Associate Attorney Near Great Falls, MT

Great Falls firm looking for Associate Attorney to join well established workers’ compensation and personal injury practice. The primary focus will be work comp and personal injury cases, with opportunities to expand into other areas of law. This is a great opportunity for a recent law graduate to begin their career, and advance toward becoming a partner in a well established and respected law firm.

Communicate with clients, attorneys, adjusters, medical providers, and experts; legal research; draft letters, settlement brochures, pleadings and briefs; conduct discovery; settlement negotiations; keep cases on track and meet deadlines; work with support staff; prepare for and conduct trials.

Starting salary range of $70,000/yr to $80,000/yr, with bonus opportunities commensurate with qualifications and results. Benefit package includes paid time off, paid health insurance, retirement plan & 401k.

Juris Doctor.

Strong writing and research skills.

Excellent analytical abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
