Fairborn Assisted Living is Hiring a Dietary Aide Near Fairborn, OH

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents/patients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow dietary restrictions and special instructions for each resident/patient.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Stock and replenish food and supplies as needed.
- Assist with food storage and rotation to ensure freshness and quality.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents/patients and their families.

Skills:
- Experience in food handling, preferably in a healthcare or assisted living setting.
- Ability to cook basic meals and follow recipes.
- Familiarity with dietary department operations and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of food service principles and practices.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure meals are prepared and served on schedule.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with coworkers.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
