Office Administration - Case Manager

Small business, asset recovery industry, looking for a solid Office Admin/Case Manager. Comfortable, safe office environment with friendly coworkers providing training as you become accustomed to the daily flow of answering phones, providing important details to customers, clients and agents. Data entry and managing different web-based systems, providing valuable, accurate updates. Self-learner not afraid to ask questions or seek out the information.

Job Requirements:

  • Professional with excellent organizational skills and multitasker
  • Support asset recovery agents with accurate information and guidance
  • Courteous demeanor when answering phones and maintaining a calm tone
  • Exceptional recordkeeping of all activities and tasks executed daily
  • Use of multiple client/industry platforms for data entry. Monitoring the company ADMIN email inbox.
  • Update existing orders through ongoing review of information within platforms
  • Maintain customer privacy at the utmost importance
  • Remain compliant with client policy’s and rules and understanding of violation repercussions
  • Excellent customer service, problem solving, organizational and administrative skills
  • Knowledge of workflow using web based applications

Pay: $25.00 - $25.01 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
