About the job

General Description:

This individual is primarily responsible for assisting in the creation, validation, organization, and implementation of data related to the launch of the Blue Mountain asset management software. Longer term, this person will manage the database and act as the subject matter expert for the system.

Job Activities and Responsibilities:

Activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Acting as the system administrator for the Blue Mountain RAM (BMRAM)
  • Assist in the validation of the BMRAM.
  • Assist in the data gathering, migration, and integration of the BMRAM.
  • Configure automatic notification across function according to agreed-upon rules.
  • Prepare and modify site documentation around migration from existing system to BMRAM.
  • Consistently work to ensure a steady and efficient workflow.
  • Always learn and maintain proper cGMP training.
  • Adhere to all applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Assist in development of Standard Operating Procedures and process improvements.
  • Ensure all documentation in the system adheres to regulatory requirements, good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.

Set yourself apart

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with work orders, protocols, equipment calibration, equipment validation
  • Employment or educational history in pharmaceutics and/or chemical sciences
  • Basic familiarity with MS Office suite
  • Speak, write, and read English.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and technology
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Ability to work within a team framework.
  • Ability to work within established processes and stay organized.
