F3 Law provides legal support to the public schools that serve our children and communities. We have an opening for a Business and Facilities Attorney in our Sacramento office who would like to help K-12 schools and community colleges navigate the broad range of operational legal issues they encounter.

The incumbent would provide transactional and litigation support on a broad range of substantive legal issues. Examples include real estate transactions, leases, public contracting issues, construction procurement, and disputes, and a broad range of contract negotiations.
