JOB OVERVIEW 

Delivers food and beverage amenities to guest rooms and collect all trays/tables from the guest rooms in a timely matter. Also assists in the maintenance of the In-Room Dining area and equipment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
• Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended and resident relations at all times.
• Resolve guest and resident complaints, ensuring guest and resident satisfaction.
• Collect table and trays in a timely manner from guest rooms and hallways.
• Keep pantries and floors clean at all times.
• Set up and deliver amenities to designated rooms.
• Deliver guest request such as bucket of ice, silverware, glassware.
• Brake down the tables and trays and clean up the salt & pepper shaker, sugar caddies, flower center piece, condiments.
• Count all tablecloths, runners and napkins at the end of the shift and drop them off in the F&B bin for dirty linen only.
• Must always carry a master key, bottle opener, radio with the earpiece. 
• Maintain hot boxes and tables clean at all times.
• Assist with small assigned projects.
• Assist the servers when is needed.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available in In Room Dining service.
• Maintain complete knowledge of guest and resident room layout, locations and room numbers/names.
• Maintain complete knowledge and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons and drunk driving.
• Ability to work a varied schedule that may include early morning, evening, night, and weekend shifts
