Overview
We are seeking a talented Production Supervisor for our 2nd shift at our facility located in Jonesboro, AR, 72401. The ideal candidate will have experience in Lean Manufacturing Principles, ISO 9001 Certification, high-level operations analysis, budgeting / forecasting, recruiting and training, labor management systems knowledge, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Implement Lean Manufacturing Principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Utilize ISO 9001 Certification experience to maintain quality standards
- Conduct high-level operations analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Recruit and train production staff to maintain a skilled workforce
- Utilize labor management systems knowledge to optimize staffing levels
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall production performance
Qualifications
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles
- Previous ISO 9001 Certification experience
- High-level operations analysis skills
- Budgeting / forecasting experience
- Recruiting and training experience
- Knowledge of labor management systems
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement
