Responsibilities

• Perform machine setups for production runs, ensuring all necessary materials and tools are available
• Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines
• Monitor production processes, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues that may arise during production, performing repairs or requesting assistance as necessary
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and packaging requirements
• Package finished products for shipment or distribution, following proper labeling and documentation procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
• Document production data and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel

Qualifications

• Prior experience in machine setups for production runs
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Packaging experience, including knowledge of labeling and documentation procedures
