FactoryFix is Hiring an Industrial Painter Near Fort Wayne, IN
- Adhere to all company safety requirements including being clean shaven for a proper fit of respirator
- Prepare metal for painting which includes: cleaning grease and dirt from product, removing all welding berries, filling cavities and dents, sanding, applying mask, paper and other media to parts not being coated
- Have knowledge of mixing and applying paint
- Use correct paint equipment and settings
- Perform daily maintenance routines on paint equipment and booth
- Perform quality checks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Must be proactive and a self-starter
- Must have good attendance
- Must have a good attitude
- Must be able to work overtime
- Must work well with others
