Facility Maintenance Coordinator

FacilityRX Services, LLC is a fast pace growing leading national provider of property maintenance solutions. We are now offering a position for an experienced project Manager in servicing HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Handyman, and other related property maintenance requirements.

SUMMARY: Successful candidate must have working knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing system functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

Required skills/competencies/qualities:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in the facility maintenance.
• Strong organization skills, able to coordinate over 100 simultaneously projects.’
• Sourcing and selecting qualified sub-contractors and negotiating pricing to meet/beat budgets
• Procurement of all materials and labor, preparing submittals and coordinating deliveries.
• Reads and interprets work orders.
• Inspects jobs for accuracy.
• Determines best output method.
• Maintains accurate electronic and paper records.
• Effectively communicates with all co-workers.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· High-touch change management experience within a corporate culture.

· Demonstrates a high level of performance in project budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling

· Excellent communication skills

· Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
