FRG seeks National PM Technician ( Plumbing / Tankless Water Heaters ) - PER DIEM

NATIONWIDE - DRIVING - SERVICE VAN - OUT 3 WEEKS / MONTH ON AVERAGE.

Facilities Resource Group is located in Comstock Park, Michigan. We are a leading provider in single-source, turnkey plumbing solutions for national clients in the commercial sector, particularly, Tankless Water Heating Systems! We are in search of a Plumbing PM Technician to perform Planned Maintenance on Tankless Water Heating Systems.

Requires valid DL, insurable driving history, background check, drug screen, within state of Michigan and flexibility to handle longer periods of travel. OTR appx 3 weeks / month.

JOB DETAILS:

• PAY: $19 - $21 / HR OVERTIME DAILY PER DIEM HOTEL VAN FUEL CELL
• 75% TRAVEL - OTR 3 out of 4 weeks / month ( national routes )

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Performs standard PM / planned maintenance / service on tankless water heating equipment, water softeners and other plumbing systems.

Troubleshoots, diagnoses and repairs any issues found during the PM's. Ensures equipment function. Uses computer and software to document work orders/updates and inventory.

Completes paperwork and/or logs. Enters info for work orders. Makes phone calls. Follows up with customers after visits. Keeps a great can do attitude and represents company as a professional at all times- whether on the road or during business engagements of any kind. Trip durations vary.

The company provides you with use of vehicle and dedicated cell phone, any other technology needed, covers hotels and your fuel, and gives you $50/overnight to spend on any incidentals. Overtime can vary based on workload, which is based on many factors, including weather or temperature fluctuations or other considerations.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent;
• MUST be at least 21 years old & legally authorized to work in the US;
• MUST be willing and able to be out on the road for up to 3 weeks at a time;
• MUST have at least 1 year of related mechanical, repair or install experience;
• MUST be able to successfully complete Background (incl DMV) and Drug Screen;
• MUST present as a professional in the field!
