We are in search of a thorough Janitor to join our team.
A successful Janitor cleans and keeps building working areas and washrooms, entryways, lobbies, or other spaces in an orderly condition.

Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and polish floors. Vacuum carpets. Strip and refinish hard and resilient flooring. Clean and wash walls and other surfaces. Dispose of trash. Dust equipment, furniture, blinds, fixtures, and surfaces. Polish metal and porcelain fixtures.
• Clean restrooms, showers, and other bathroom fixtures. 
• Report need for repairs to equipment, furniture, building and fixtures.
• Replenish supplies as required.
• Perform other duties as needed, such as snow removal.

Requirements:

• 1 year experience 
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must meet standard background security requirements for unescorted access in government facilities
