FACEBOOK APP is Hiring a Social Creative Producer, @Facebook Near Menlo, CA
We're looking for a Creative Producer to join Facebook’s Product Social team, with a focus on developing original content for the company's official social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. This role is responsible for creative production efforts on projects from conception to execution and evaluation.The ideal candidate is highly creative, an experienced storyteller, organized, prioritizes attention to detail, thrives in a multi-tasking, deadline-driven environment, and must have a demonstrated ability of working with a global team to create daily editorial content across various platforms for an international audience. Additionally, this individual should have experience capturing content in the field, video editing experience, strong communication, and the ability to deliver and launch initiatives on time, on budget, and on strategy.
Social Creative Producer, @Facebook Responsibilities:
Develop original content for a variety of a mediums and editorial surfaces
Manage the entire creative production process, including ideation and creation of assets, overseeing timeline and budget, information sharing, and analysis
Capture, edit, and produce video for use on social media channels
Oversee external content capture teams, which includes providing clear and actionable creative direction, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet Facebook’s high standards of quality
Manage cross-functional relationships and information sharing between teams
Analyze data to inform creative decision-making with regards to individual creative and long-term strategy
Manage project statements of work, estimates and related parameters
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing or related discipline
3 years of experience in a creative role with an emphasis on creating content for social media
Experience running projects with multiple stakeholders
Experience managing external creative and production partners
Experience building working relationships with core and cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Creative Portfolio of published work
Experience working within a creative department that places priority on storytelling
6 years creating content for social media
Experience to work and thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment
Demonstrated experience working in creative production for an international audience
Experience developing content for a branded social media account
On the ground production experience
Experience in editing across multiple mediums: documentaries, short-form, narrative, music videos
Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Proficient in color correction for photo and video
