Role Mission: The mission for the receptionist is to support students, families and team members by providing excellent customer service and serving as the first point-of-contact for students, parents, visitors and phone inquiries. The receptionist will focus primarily on ensuring parent satisfaction and ensuring families’ needs are met by sharing information, coordinating with other team members, and greeting all visitors.
What You’ll Do – Accountabilities:

Manages all front office traffic including late students, parents, and visitors. In this capacity the receptionist will:
Maintains copies of forms, events, and related information for the campus site and Kairos Academies. This includes:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Experience in receptionist or community engagement preferred but not required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and apply common sense understanding and to carry out instructions in written or oral form. Ability to set priorities. Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, students, and parents.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be competent in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn and use computer software as necessary. Ability to use basic office equipment.

In-person Monday through Friday 7:30am 4:00pm
Some weekends and evenings will be required
Ability to commute/relocate:
Saint Louis, MO 63118: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required). Please note, this is not a remote position. All Kairos teachers are required to deliver in-person instruction onsite, in our school in St. Louis.
