We are hiring for multiple locations including Rockin' Raceway, Arcade City on the Island, Big Top Arcade, Arcade City Gatlinburg, and 7D Dark Ride Adventures.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all guests. This is a great opportunity to work in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Assist customers with arcade games and attractions
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) system for card sales and redemption
- Provide product demonstrations and explain game rules to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade area
- Restock tickets, prizes, and other supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient operation of the arcade
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals
- skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail math is beneficial
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds for restocking purposes
