FabX Industries is hiring a CNC Spin Forming Operator!

This candidate should be an individual that is self motivated, reliable, and team oriented, with a positive attitude.

You must be able to work third shift and have reliable transportation to be considered.

Daily tasks will include:

Assisting in the setup and operation of various machines.

Inspecting parts using measuring devices such as calipers.

Documenting information related to the manufacturing process.

Loading/unloading parts from the machine or cassette/conveyor, not exceeding 50 pounds.

Following work instructions to pack parts.

Execute tasks using the Fanuc Robot including “homing” and resetting basic faults.

Requirements:

- Able to operate the machine tool in a safe and effective manner.

- Understands and can follow set up instructions in a safe and timely manner.

- Able to safely load and unload parts and raw materials from the machine.

- Capable of completing basic upkeep of the machine including, but not limited to, adding coolant, replacing expended consumables, lubricating and cleaning tools and basic machine cleaning.

- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions and work orders.

- Capable of looking up job information on the computer and completing jobs as instructed using computer software provided by the company.

- Understands how to examine parts and determine if they are within tolerances and in compliance with quality standards including, feature location, first article and part program results verification.

- Capable of using measuring devices such as dial calipers to verify part quality.

- Able to clean and pack parts, as per instructions to prepare for shipping to the customer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour

• 12 hour shift
• Every weekend
