• Research destinations, hotels, activities, and transportation options to provide accurate recommendations to clients.
• Handle booking arrangements, reservations, and confirmations for clients.
• Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout their travel journey, including during the booking process and while they are traveling.
• Stay updated on travel trends, industry developments, and destination information.
• Handle any inquiries, issues, or changes related to clients' travel plans in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of travel destinations, hotels, airlines, and travel logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in trip planning and booking processes.
• Basic proficiency in use of computer applications and troubleshooting issues
• Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules, including evenings and weekends if needed.
