Job Title: Convenience Store Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Convenience Store Lead to oversee the operations of our store. As a Convenience Store Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and customer-friendly environment while ensuring the profitability of the store. Your primary goal will be to provide fabulous customer service, manage the store team effectively, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

· Consistently deliver the Mission Statement

· Manage daily operations of the convenience store, including inventory management, sales tracking, and cash handling.

· Train, and supervise store staff, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service and follow company policies and procedures.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment, including shelves, displays, and product rotation.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.

· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

· Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.

· Prepare and analyze sales reports, financial statements, and other relevant data

Requirements:

· Must be at least 21- years of age.

· Must have or willing to get all cards required by City and State.

· Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a shift. Must regularly lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds.

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.

· Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

· Knowledge of inventory management, sales tracking, and financial analysis.

· Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
