We are currently searching for dedicated Entry Level Welders to join our team.

What is a Welder ?

A Welder is a skilled professional responsible for joining and fabricating metal components by using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding.

The ideal candidate possesses expertise in interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate materials, and operating welding equipment to produce high-quality welds.

Attention to detail, precision, and a commitment to safety are crucial traits for success in this role. The Welder must be proficient in ensuring the structural integrity of welded components while adhering to industry standards and project specifications.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this hands-on and dynamic position.

In this role, you will :

TIG weld per job instructions

MIG weld / Robot work may be available

Other duties as assigned

Read Tape Measures clearly

Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment

To succeed in this role, you must :

Accurately TIG weld

Have good math ability and problem solving skills

Read and interpret blueprints efficiently

Have an interest in learning to weld effectively
