Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Screen Printer to join our team. As a Screen Printer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality prints on various materials using screen printing techniques. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your artistic abilities and contribute to the production of visually appealing products.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare screens by selecting appropriate mesh count and applying emulsion
- Create and adjust artwork for screen printing using software such as Adobe Creative Suite (OPTIONAL)
- Mix and prepare inks according to color specifications
- Set up and operate screen printing equipment, ensuring proper registration and ink coverage
- Load materials onto the printing press and monitor the printing process for quality control
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the printing process
- Clean and maintain screens, tools, and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Screen Printer or similar role
- Proficiency in screen printing techniques, including color separation, registration, and ink mixing
- Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Not required but highly valued)
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality prints consistently
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
