This position works in the distribution center located in the Georgesville area of Columbus, Ohio. We are seeking a Leader to collaborate closely with the Manager of the Fabric Department.

WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE:

• Experience in a high-volume distribution center, occupying a leadership role for two to three years
• Knowledge of direct to customer distribution practices and procedures
• Experience using computer database software (WMS and NetSuite) to monitor performance, troubleshoot exceptions, and maintain inventory
• Strong communication skills -- communicating with team members and corporate counterparts
• An ability to motivate and drive results in a diverse culture

FABRIC DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Accurately laying different fabrics in multiple layers and multiple lengths
• Cutting fabric in customer specific lengths using rotary blade cutter
• Assembling fabric kits
• Performing related duties, special projects, or functions as necessary or as assigned
