FabHar Corporation is Hiring an Estimator/Project Manager (FT) Near Princeton, TX

Immediate hiring for an Estimator with metalwork experience in mechanical/waterworks, commercial or miscellaneous steel, cad experience is plus. Primary activities estimating for waterworks wholesale supplier.

Compensation up to $90,000 annual salary based on qualifications. In House Only - NO Remote Working.
Responsibilities:

Primary activities estimating for waterworks wholesale supplier.
Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives; Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Prepare a " take off" of materials and “labor rates” as required for the job, and estimate all necessary labor, verify current market material pricing, and determine buyout items in order to prepare a through price estimate ; Estimating software ( Planswift ) , Advanced Steel S/, Revit and AEC Collection S/W a plus.
Detailing Experience is a plus, Working knowledge of Excel, Ability to read blueprints (Required)
Must be able to manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored for job info, drawings, and submittals.
Project management of the jobs, detailing of sold jobs from start to finish ; Strong problem-solving abilities.
Pay based on experience.

Requirements:

MUST be experience with Metal and currently resided in the Texas Dallas area.
