CNC Machinist

Location: Gainesville, FL, 32609

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and programming CNC machines, as well as knowledge of various materials and tooling. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for producing high-quality parts and components to meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines
  • Program machines using G-code and other programming languages
  • Inspect parts and components to ensure they meet customer specifications
  • Adjust machine settings as needed to achieve desired results
  • Maintain machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC machining
  • Proficiency in programming and operating CNC machines
  • Knowledge of various materials and tooling
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
