What you bring to the table:

• Strong understanding of Excel including but not limited to: Use of Lookup and Sum If functions as well as advanced Pivot Tables.
• 1 – 3 years in an Accounting or Cost Analysis field preferred
• B.S. in Accounting or Finance or A.S. in Accounting
• SAP experience preferred, but willing to teach the right candidate
• Strong organizational skills; attention to detail; ability to recognize the need for confidentiality; communication skills to work closely with all levels of management, and an ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Strong sense of curiosity and collaboration

What to expect from the role:

• Updating and analyzing project budgets and cashflows to support monthly close and reporting process.
• Analyzing and reconciling contract value, billings checks, cashflow, invoicing for assigned projects, as well as forecasts and forecasting for projects.
• Working closely with project management and accounting teams through all phases of budget review and reconciliation process.
• Reviewing and monitoring material budget for assigned projects, and review and analyze purchase orders to ensure assigned projects stay within budget.
• Participating in monthly budget reviews with project managers, designers, and purchasers.
• Reviewing and monitoring production budget for assigned projects as well as site.
• Reviewing of international invoices and related duties/tariffs.
• Assisting with the month end close of the financial statements.

Pay: $50,048.20 - $55,090.30 per year
