Full-time Description FAAC Incorporated is seeking an Associate to Mid-level Software Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience. For more than 30 years, FAAC has provided systems engineering and software projects to the US Government and private industry. We take a hands-on approach to developing analytical models and simulations, resulting in turnkey training systems for commercial and military customers. Our services encompass all stages of a job, from problem definition to conceptual innovation and final solution. Software engineering tasks range from designing, implementing, and testing new features and software modules to software maintenance and bug fixing. Products to be worked on include physics modeling, collision detection, terrain and path finding algorithms, graphics and rendering software, networking, spatial tracking, hardware interfaces, and control loading software. Experience with real-time software development in C/C targeting Linux and Windows OSs is desired. Candidates should be excited to work on technically challenging problems, work well in a team environment, and enjoy building world class products.
