Description
MILO Live is a premier design and manufacturing company of quality and innovative live fire Modular Containerized Small Arms Training Sets (MCSATS® /RR), Modular Shooting Ranges, brick and mortar ranges, shooting range equipment, and HVAC supply. We have been directly involved with the design, manufacture, and installation of equipment of over 120 modular shooting range systems and over 500 different brick and mortar ranges. MILO Live has an in-house HVAC company as part of our service which promotes our extensive background in metal fabrication, HVAC design and installation. MILO Live has the skills, experience, and background to design and build custom, convenient products to meet all our customer’s needs.
Document, track and report program tasks, costs, and deliverable status to management team on at least monthly basis from kick off through project sign off. Coordinate processing of range equipment orders, delivery, implementation task performance and project close out. Majority of daily work will require use and analysis of multiple data sources to establish project status and remaining work. Travel up to 25% to customer sites in the US and overseas on occasion.
The role is an in-office role at the North Las Vegas, NV office.
· Track status and costs of all projects, work with manufacturing, purchasing and receiving to correct cost accounting as needed
· Report project status, cost and issues to management at least monthly
· Establish project timeline for manufacturing, shipment, on-site tasks and other deliverables
· Collect customer documentation needed including site surveys, customer delivery information
· Establish project deliverables and assign to self or others as needed
· Identify brokers/subcontractors (if any) to be used and initiate procurement as needed
· Participate in creation of bill of materials and procurement
· Establish project budget WBS and ensure accurate entry of all costs into ERP system
· Monitor and report on material receipt, manufacturing, shipment readiness, customer readiness and subcontractor performance
· Coordinate shipping with customers
· Coordinate on-site services including installation, user training, and sign-off with customer and subcontractors
Requirements
· BA or BS in business, accounting, project management or experience listed below with a PMP certification
· At least 3 years' experience managing projections including working with material lists, production and operations roles, manufacturing, project documentation, and communicating with management and customers on project status
· Must be comfortable working with heavy construction industry, law enforcement, military and similar agencies and working around firearms and related equipment
· Should be an effective communicator, extremely organized and capable of using multiple sources of data to establish and summarize status of projects and tasks.
· Must have experience entering, editing, and sorting data with MS Excel and ERP systems. (MS Dynamics Preferred)
