Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Drive membership sales through innovative strategies and a customer-first approach. Develop and execute marketing plans that capture the unique vibe of Pacific Beach and resonate with our community.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-energy team that is as passionate about fitness and sales as you are. Cultivate a collaborative environment that encourages personal growth and team success.
• Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations with precision. Ensure that the gym meets the highest standards of service and cleanliness. Oversee scheduling, maintenance, and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Community Engagement: Be the face of F45 in the local community. Build partnerships, participate in local events, and drive initiatives that cement our gym as a community pillar in Pacific Beach.
• Member Experience: Foster an inclusive and exhilarating workout environment that keeps members motivated, engaged, and satisfied. Ensure that all members feel supported in their fitness journeys.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry or similar.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for fitness and a deep understanding of the health and wellness industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
