As an F45 instructor you will run industry leading group HIIT sessions. Our classes are 45 minutes long and deliver results.

Qualifications and Skills
- Recognized Personal training certification
- CPR/AED Certification
- Experience working with injuries/previous injuries
- Personal training/group training experience
Physical Demands
F45 Trainers need to be on their feet leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout. Trainers must demonstrate all exercises for members which can involve bosu balls, medicine balls, barbells, dumbbells, sandbags, TRX, ab wheels, or other fitness equipment.
