We are looking for energetic, motivating, knowledgeable and charismatic Group Fitness Trainers to join our F45 Medford team. F45 Trainers play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes, working closely with each individual member to provide the ultimate F45 experience. The ideal candidate has a passion for health and fitness and has mastered the skills of exercise, motivation, multi-tasking, and brings a contagious energy. F45 Trainer Key Responsibilities

• Lead/coach F45 group training classes delivering instruction in the F45 terminology
• Introduce and demonstrate all scheduled exercises and conduct warmups
• Ensure that ALL members are receiving hands on training and are getting personalized attention during every class
• Ensure members are performing exercises safely using correct form at all times and offering modifications as needed for members with injuries or limitations
• Build a network of influencers and ambassadors by developing and nurturing a sense of community and fostering a highly energetic and fun studio environment
• Promote a fun and energetic community environment keeping members motivated and encouraged
• Inspire members to fully utilize all F45 resources to achieve personal fitness goals
• Membership acquisition and retention including conducting referral/lead generation activities and related administration
• Setup the studio for the days specific functional training classes
• Ensure the studio is impeccably maintained

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer or group fitness instructor
• Current Personal Training certification NCCA Accredited (NASM/ACE or similar)
• Experience in group fitness instruction; group fitness certification preferred (AFAA, ACE, NCSF, NASM, NSCA, ACSM, etc.)
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or other related field preferred
• Flexible schedule to work days, evenings, and/or weekend hours as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
