Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Spin Instructor to lead engaging and challenging spin classes for our members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cycling, fitness instruction, and a motivational coaching style. You will lead high-energy classes that cater to participants of all fitness levels, encouraging them to push their limits and achieve their fitness goals.
Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead dynamic spin classes that incorporate a variety of training techniques, music, and motivational cues.
• Provide personalized attention and guidance to participants, ensuring proper form and technique throughout the class.
• Create a positive and inclusive workout environment that motivates and inspires participants to reach their fitness potential.
• Develop and maintain relationships with members, providing support and encouragement both inside and outside of class.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in spin instruction, continually enhancing your teaching skills and class offerings.
• Assist with the promotion and marketing of spin classes to attract new participants and retain existing members.

Qualifications:

• Certified Spin Instructor with a recognized certification (e.g., Spinning®, Schwinn®, etc.).
• Previous experience leading spin classes and/or group fitness instruction preferred.
• Strong passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive workout environment.
• Knowledge of cycling biomechanics, physiology, and proper form.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
