F45 Trainers play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes working closely with each individual member providing the ultimate F45 experience. THE POSITION
We're looking for high-quality fitness trainers to deliver team-based, high-intensity training and nail the execution at our studio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coaching and motivating members of the studio while leading them through predetermined workouts
• Promote an energetic environment and create a culture of family and community
• Ensure fitness programs are executed effectively, safely, and are fun
• Offer support and goal-oriented consultations to help members achieve their fitness goals
• Have the knowledge and ability to correct exercise form to prevent injuries
• Promote and sell only F45 services and products in studio, assist in membership growth, retention, and referral/lead generation activities
• Light service desk and membership account administration responsibilities
• Demonstrate and complete every exercise with proper form and technique
• Able to recommend regressions and progressions for all exercises
• Set up, break down, clean and store away equipment around studio floor before and/or after classes; ensure a clean and hygienic studio including counters, dcor, restrooms, and showers

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably with experience working, or training, in an F45 environment
• Highly desired: group training experience (or show us you can be great at it)
• Highly desired: 1-year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer
• Plenty of hours on offer & must be available for weekend rotation
• Character, care, and communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients
• Positive Attitude, energetic, attentive, motivated and passionate about health and fitness
• Must understand functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workouts
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be clear, comfortable with public speaking
• Demonstrate knowledge and usage of social media such as Instagram and Facebook
• Required to be on their feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout

CERTIFICATIONS

• Nationally accredited current personal trainer fitness certification: ISSA, NASM, AFAA, NSA, ACE, ACSM
• Must hold and maintain a current CPR/AED/First Aid certifications
• Highly desired: group training certified

HOURS (Current available shifts listed, Additional hours may be available)

• 04:30AM - 07:15AM, M-F (Additional shift back-up available)
• 4:10PM - 07:15PM, M-F (Additional shift back-up available)
• 07:30AM - 11:30AM, Rotating Weekend coverage
• Opportunities for additional weekday hours exist, all hours can vary slightly
