Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, while ensuring compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service to guests
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings, promotions, and special events
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
Experience:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, including mixing cocktails and pouring drinks
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and payment handling
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math calculations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
