Position Title: Supervisor of Credit Support Monitoring
Business Unit: Credit
Reports to: Manager of Credit Support
Position Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for managing a small group of team members within the Credit Support Monitoring Group. The supervisor will direct the team in their daily work, monitor the team's performance, provide feedback as needed, address any substandard performance and, from time to time, provide the department manager with summary reports to gage the group's performance. Supervisor will adjust the job duties as needed to meet the changing needs of the organization. Hire and train resources as needed to complete the work in an accurate and timely manner
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide appropriate oversight to the team to assure that assigned job duties are performed in an accurate and timely manner. Provide additional training to the team as needed. Hire and train new team members as needed.
Provide guidance to our internal lending partners as needed on any changes to the credit monitoring process. Investigate loan related issues as needed and provide suggestions for possible methods of resolution. Direct any system coding to be changed or corrected as needed to make sure that reporting remains accurate.
Review and distribute various credit monitoring reports to individuals throughout the Bank who have a business need for the information. Follow up to make sure that all reports are distributed in a timely manner and contain accurate information.
Maintain an understanding of any current regulatory requirements that impact the performance of the group's daily tasks. Educate the team as needed on any recent regulatory changes. Alter job duties as needed to remain compliant with regulatory standards.
Communicate with vendors as needed on any unique software used by the group. Stay current on any software changes. Elevate software issues to the vendor and follow up for timely resolution. Address any vendor management requirements in a timely manner.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
