We are seeking a procurement professional to join our team as Director of Procurement. This position will be accountable for development and implementation of strategic sourcing practices and reports to the President and CEO.
Essential Functions:
- Oversees vendor contracts, bidding/quoting and cost saving strategies
- Implement supplier performance standards in accordance with corporate strategy
- Track KPIs such as PPV, inventory, supplier OTD/inventory programs, turns, quality etc.
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
Ten years in supply chain/procurement
- CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) or related certification a plus
- Track record of identifying and implementing procurement strategy
Experienced negotiator
